About this visa:

This visa is a pathway to settled on permenent basis in Australia if you have a skille and qualification, which is in shortage list of Austrlia and have accepted English language Skills.

This visa is for Overseas student who are not able to pass the point test for Onshore GSM (General skilled migration - Visa subclass 885/886) then, this provisional visa of 3 years of period will help you out to get Permenent residency after you have lived at least for 2 years and worked at least for 12 month in specific regional area of Australia.

Pathway to Permanent Residency

To get this visa you have to get 100 points . You can get this points with your skill, age, english language ability, work experience, Community Language ability, Nomination of participating State/ Territory Government Agency or sponsored by an eligible relative and few other option.

Minimum eligibility to apply this visa:

You must be under 45 Years of Age.
Your Nominated Occupation (depends on your qualification and experience) must be In SOL List.
Minimum 12 month work experience in Last 24 months in your Nominated Occupation OR Completion of two years of Study in Australia within last Six month.
Must meet minimum English Eligibility Requirement.
Character and Health Requirement.
You, your spouse or your interdependent partner have an eligible relative living in Australia who is willing and able to sponsor you OR You have a nomination from a participating State or Territory government agency.

What does this visa allows you to do?

Allows you to remain in Australia for up to three 3 years and requires you to live for 2 years and work for 12 months in a Specified Regional Area in Australia.
