Employer Nomination Scheme: Regional Employer Nomination (Offshore)

To get this visa you must be nominated by Australian employer operating a business in Regional Area, who willing to sponsor you for High skilled job requirement. You must be highly skilled workers from overseas. You can be anywhere at the time of the application (within or outside of Australia)

The employee must also:

• Have an employer who is willing to sponsor them for permanent residency
• Have within last 6 months of an application a Nominated position, would be full-time, ongoing and available for at least 2 years and which are equivalent to at least an Australian Diploma Level.
• Meet any mandatory licensing, registration or professional membership requirements which allows the employee to work unsupervised and without further training
• Must have nominated occupation in ENSOL list.
• Be under 45 years of age
• Have Vocational English language ability
• Provide a letter of appointment or a contract signed by both the employer and employee.
• Meet health and character requirement.

The employer must:

• The nomination has been approved by the relevant Regional Certifying Body
• The position is being remunerated in accordance with relevant workplace legislation and awards.
• Be actively and lawfully operating a business in Australia
• Have a genuine need for a paid employee to fill a position in their business
• Follow all relevant Australian laws and have a satisfactory record of meeting immigration laws (if applicable)
• Provide working conditions that are no less favorable than provided for under the relevant Australian legislation and awards

This visa allows you, your spouse or interdependent partner and any dependant included in your visa application to live as permanent residents in Australia.

Australian permanent residents can:

• Live and work in Australia on a permanent basis without any condition.
• Study in Australia at school or university ( No need to pay international student fees and no 20 hour work limitation)
• Receive subsidized healthcare through Medicare and the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme.
• Access certain social security payments (subject to waiting periods)
