About this visa:
To get this visa you must be nominated by Australian employer operating a business, who willing to sponsor you for skilled job requirement. You must be skilled worker and can be anywhere within or outside of Australia at the time of application.

The employee must also:
- Have skills, qualifications, experience and an employment background which match those required for the position.
- Have an employer who is willing to sponsor them for this visa.
- Meet any mandatory licensing, registration or professional membership requirements which allows the employee to work unsupervised and without further training.
- Have Vocational English language ability.
- Must meet the minimum salary level
- Provide a letter of appointment or a contract signed by both the employer and employee.
- Meet health and character requirement.
The employer must:
- Lawfully and actively operating business.
- Direct employer of the employee.
- Good business record and abide by immigration laws.
- Benefit to Australia.
- Advance skills of existing workforce.
- The position is being remunerated in accordance with relevant workplace legislation and awards.
- Have a genuine need for a paid employee to fill a position in their business.
- Provide working conditions that are no less favorable than provided for under the relevant Australian legislation and awards.

- Bring any eligible spouse or any dependant with them to Australia –they can work and study.
