About this visa:
To get this visa you must be an international student and must have been accepted for full time registered course or Part of registered course as follow.

- You must be accepted for full time registered course or Part of registered course.

- You must have successfully completed minimum Year 12 or equivalent.
- If you are under 18 years of age, you must have acceptable arrangements for your accommodation, support and general welfare for the duration of your student visa or until you turn 18 (whichever happens first).
- You must be financially sound to pay for travel, tuition and living expenses for yourself, your spouse and your dependent children for the duration of your stay in Australia.
- You must have health insurance as condition of this visa. Health insurance can be provided by obtaining Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) which provides medical and hospital insurance.

What does this visa allows you to do?
- You can study in Australia.
- Your dependent family member can accompany you in Australia.
- You and your family member can work up to 20 hours a week during the study session, once your course of study has been commenced and can work full- time during the vacation period. (Except Master By course work Student)
- Master by Course work student can work up to 20 hours a week during the study session, once your course of study has been commenced and can work full-time during the vacation period, but the family member of this student can work full time during the visa period. ( no work condition for family member of student in master by course work)
- Your spouse can study in Australia up to 3 months.
- Leads to Permanent Residency after 2 years completion of Study in Registered course of Australia.
